Volume 0 · How we got here

“The first thing we noticed at every C² Studio event: guests walking back to the booth every five minutes to ask if their piece was ready — losing the time they'd come for, clogging our staff with the same question. Cherie had seen this solved somewhere unexpected — at polling stations, where voters check ahead which site has the shortest wait. We built that idea for live event ordering.

queued. is a love letter to every brand who's hired us, and to the ones still ahead. Event planners and marketing teams have full plates — making our part of their day painless is the most useful thing we can give back.

L
Leo·Technology

Security and IT architect by trade. Builds queued. for the operators first — workflow over polish. Writes the code, answers the support email, follows up when you need him. Founder of Llab Technologies.

C
Cherie·Design

Founder of C² Studio. Booth operator at every event we ship from. Brought the polling-station idea that became the wait-time display, the larger-font toggle for visually-impaired guests, and the brand-activation perspective we design around. The product gets sharper every event.

The problem

Paper order cards weren’t built for a live line.

Embroiderers, engravers, calligraphers, permanent jewelry artists: almost every live artist takes orders on printed cards. Nobody built anything better for them, so we did.

The paper card

✕
Shuffled and lost.Cards get stacked, re-stacked and dropped. Orders get done out of turn.
✕
“Is mine ready?”Guests keep coming back to ask, and someone stops working to dig through the pile.
✕
Is that an A or an O?Rushed handwriting gets misread, and a misspelled name is a piece you can’t undo.
✕
You’re the intake desk.Explaining options, writing cards and calling names, all while you’re trying to make the thing.

queued.

✓
One live queue.Every order lands on your board in the order it came in, with a clean printed label.
✓
Guests check their own phone. They see their place in line and get an email or text the moment it’s ready.
✓
Typed by the guest, spelled their way. They type their own name and tick a box confirming the spelling before it reaches you.
✓
You focus on your craft.queued. does the intake: options, order numbers, labels and alerts.

Built at a live embroidery booth, for every artist working a live line.

Volume I · The Live Product Live

Queue & Orders.

The fastest live-event order queue your customers will ever see. Designed for a studio working a booth at a busy event — not for someone behind a desk.

No. 01 — Customer

Customers self-serve.

Scan a QR at your booth, fill out a one-page order form, get a confirmation email with a status page they can re-open from their phone. Zero accounts, zero apps to install, zero friction at the moment they're handing you money.

No. 02 — Operator

Your team runs the queue.

Live order list with auto-printing thermal labels, edit and reopen actions, and a one-click "Mark Ready" that emails the customer the moment their piece is done. Built to be readable across a noisy booth at arm's length.

No. 03 — Brand

It looks like your studio.

Custom domain, your logo, your accent color, your tagline. Per-tenant Google Fonts, per-tenant SMTP — every email is From your studio, not from us. Your customers never see queued. — they see you.

Volume I · Every craft New

One queue for every craft.

It started with live embroidery. Now queued. runs the line for live engravers, calligraphers, hot stampers, permanent jewelry artists, DTF printers, chain stitch artists and heat foiling artists too, whether you’re hired for a brand activation, a corporate party or a retail event. Guests order on their phone, and you get a clean list instead of a crowd.

Embroidery

Thread, fonts and motifs.

Guests pick the piece, a font and a thread color, or a motif. Every label prints exactly what to stitch, and the board shows what’s waiting, what’s on the machine and what’s ready.

Try an embroidery demo → See it run →
Engraving

By hand or by laser.

Guests see their words in your font and confirm the spelling, so nothing gets engraved wrong. By hand, you work from a card with their text big and spelled out; at the laser, each order downloads as a file sized to the piece, ready for LightBurn or xTool.

Try an engraving demo → See it run →
Live calligraphy

No more guessing at handwriting.

Guests type their own name or message, so nobody misreads a scribbled card. You letter it in your own hand from a printed card with the text large and spelled out, and guests get a text or email when it’s their turn.

Try a calligraphy demo → See it run →
Hot stamping

Initials and foil, checked first.

Guests pick their initials and foil color and confirm the letters before you heat up. Tell us how many of each letter your type set has, and queued. stops orders you can’t stamp.

Try a hot stamping demo → See it run →
Custom jewelry

“It’s your turn,” not “pick up.”

Welded pieces call the guest back to the station when you’re ready for them, with the waiver ticked when they order. Stamped charms are made ahead and picked up like everything else.

Try a jewelry demo → See it run →
DTF printing

Pick a design, a size, a spot.

Guests choose the garment and size, one of your designs and where it goes, in a few taps. Every label says what to press and where: “Hoodie · L, Retro Smiley, Back.” Sizes sell out on their own when you run out.

Try a DTF demo → See it run →
Chain stitch

Freehand names, sewn on the spot.

Guests type their first name and pick a lettering style and a thread color, or add a simple design. The label prints exactly what to stitch, so the jacket, hat or patch in your hands is the right one.

Try a chain stitch demo → See it run →
Heat foiling

Your hand, in foil.

Guests type a name or initials and pick block or script and gold, silver or rose gold foil, within the word limit you set. They see their lettering before they order, and you foil each leather tag, journal or card from a printed card with their words big and spelled out.

Try a heat foiling demo → See it run →

Starter includes one craft. Pro covers every service your studio offers: live engraving at one event, embroidery at the next, or both at once. Every demo is set up for the crafts you pick.

The Publication · Coming volumes

What we're building next.

queued. is built as a publication. New volumes ship when they're ready — same studio brand, same single sign-in, same operator console.

Volume II · CRM Forthcoming

Customer profiles that follow your studio from one event to the next.

Repeat customers, lifetime spend, favorite item, preferred color, opt-in marketing list — quietly accumulated as people order, surfaced when you need to invite them back.

Notify me when this ships →
Volume III · Staffing Forthcoming

Schedule, brief, and pay your event crew in one place.

Event shifts, contractor invites, signed availability, role-specific briefs, and payouts. Replaces the group chat, the spreadsheet, and the day-of "wait, who's where?" panic.

A note from us

queued. is the queue we wish we'd had at our first pop-up — calm, branded, done by the time we packed up. We built it together from inside C² Studio: Cherie watching guests get restless in line, Leo writing the code that quiets them. If something feels off when you try it, the email goes to us. We'll fix it before your next event.
