These terms are the agreement between your studio and Llab Technologies, which makes queued. They cover how the service works, what you pay, and what happens if you leave. We've kept them in plain English. By creating an account or starting a subscription, you agree to them.

1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using queued for your business.
- Keep your account details accurate, and keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including staff you invite.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone got into your account.
2. Plans, fees and billing
- Plans. Starter and Pro each come in two terms: Standard and Month-to-month. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page and may improve over time.
- Setup fee. Every new subscription starts with a one-time setup fee ($199 Starter, $299 Pro), charged at signup. It covers setting up your studio and isn't refundable.
- Monthly fee. Your plan is charged monthly, in advance, to the card on file, starting the day you sign up, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Standard is $69 (Starter) or $129 (Pro) a month; month-to-month is $10 more.
- You pay whether or not you run an event that month. Your subscription keeps your studio, events and history ready to go, like a gym membership.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before your price changes.
- Taxes. Prices don't include any sales tax that may apply.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can update your card. If it stays unpaid, your studio stops taking new orders until it's sorted out.
- Referral credits. Free months from a referral apply to the monthly fee, not the setup fee. Month-to-month signups don't earn referral credits.
3. Cancelling, pausing and coming back
- You can cancel any time from "Manage billing" in your admin. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused days.
- Standard plan: cancelling ends your membership. Your order pages stop taking orders, and your studio is kept for 30 days after the membership ends (counted from no earlier than November 1, 2026). After that it's permanently deleted, including its events, orders and your guests' contact details. We'll email you a week before. Download your orders (CSV) before then if you want to keep them. To come back, you rejoin, and the one-time setup fee is charged again along with your first month; rejoin within the 30 days to keep your events and history.
- Month-to-month: built to pause. Cancel to pause, and resume whenever you like at the same monthly price. While paused, your studio stays saved, and the setup fee is never charged again.
- See Your studio's data for how to take your data with you or have it deleted sooner.
- Want to switch terms? Ask us from Help.
4. Free demo
A free demo is a 14-day sandbox so you can try queued. There's no charge and no card needed. Demos are deleted automatically a week after the trial ends unless you upgrade, in which case your demo setup can carry over to your new studio.
5. Your data and your customers
- You own your data, including your events, orders, designs, branding and client list. You give us permission to store and display it only so we can run queued for you.
- How we handle it, and what we'll never do with it, is on Your studio's data. It's part of these terms.
- Guest details don't stay forever. Starting November 1, 2026, guests' personal details are removed from an event's orders 30 days after you archive the event (what was ordered stays). Download the CSV before then if you need them.
- Your guests are your customers. You're responsible for collecting their information fairly, for what your order form asks, and for the messages you choose to send. If you text guests, you're responsible for having their permission and following your texting provider's and carriers' rules.
- Only upload designs, logos and fonts you have the right to use.
6. Using queued
Please don't use queued to:
- break the law, or take orders for anything illegal;
- send spam, or message people who didn't agree to hear from you;
- upload anything that infringes someone else's rights, or that's hateful or harmful;
- try to get into another studio's account or data, attack or overload the service, or copy or resell it.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and we'll tell you why when we can.
7. The service
- We work hard to keep queued running smoothly, including an offline mode for spotty venue wifi. But live events depend on things outside our control, like internet, cell networks, printers and devices, so we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. It's provided "as is".
- We improve queued often. We may change or retire features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you ahead of time.
- queued prints through your browser and sends messages through the providers you connect. We're not responsible for your printer, your devices, or third-party services.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Llab Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales at an event, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll tell you by email or in your admin at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using queued after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they start.
10. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If you signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
